- Зачем:
  - Zed не мог распарсить YAML frontmatter скилла из-за двоеточий внутри строк.
- Что:
  - значение description обёрнуто в двойные кавычки.
  - значение allowed-tools обёрнуто в двойные кавычки.
- Проверка:
