## Result contract

Use the channel selected by the caller.
|
|
|
|
For a short message, return only the evidence and decision needed next. For a
|
|
file channel, write the detailed result to REPORT and return status, counters,
|
|
and `REPORT: <absolute path>`.
|
|
|
|
When relevant, the detailed result contains:
|
|
|
|
- `STATUS: complete | questions | blocked`
|
|
- `EVIDENCE:` changed files, checks, and observed results
|
|
- `DECISIONS:` design or scope questions with options, costs, and a recommendation
|
|
- `FINDINGS:` severity, location, claim, and verification method
|
|
- `NEXT:` one concrete action or `none`
|
|
|
|
Omit empty sections and raw tool output. Do not duplicate a file report in the
|
|
final message.
